How long does a deck take to build?
Most residential decks go from permit to finished build in 2–4 weeks depending on size and materials. A straight fence run is typically 2–4 days. We give you a real schedule with your quote.
Cedar or composite — what do you recommend?
Both are great. Cedar costs less upfront and we can stain it any colour; composite costs more but needs almost no maintenance. We'll walk both options with real numbers at your consultation.
Do I need a permit for a fence or deck?
It depends on height and location — most standard fences don't need one, most attached or elevated decks do. We know the rules in Guelph, Puslinch and the surrounding townships, and we handle the paperwork.
What does a typical project cost?
