When do you start / stop service?
Contracts typically run November 15 to April 15 — the snow season in Wellington and Waterloo Region. First storm earlier than that? We still come.
What triggers a visit?
Residential: usually 5 cm or more of accumulation. Commercial: your contract sets a trigger depth (often 2–5 cm) plus sidewalk and salting thresholds.
Will you wreck my lawn like my last contractor?
We hear this complaint a lot, and it's why we run marker stakes, reduced-speed routes and careful bucket heights. If we damage turf, we repair it in spring — in writing.
How much is a seasonal contract?
Depends on driveway size, route and trigger depth. Quotes are free and itemized — call before the first storm; routes fill up in October.
